• Are you ready to dive into the world of a fast-paced tech startup? • At PadSplit we're disrupting the affordable housing industry by creating safe, attractive, and respectable co-living environments. • Our purpose is to solve our affordable housing crisis one room at a time while leveraging housing as a vehicle for financial independence. • We need a Marketing Designer to help bring our brand to life across digital platforms. • This role will be key in elevating our visual storytelling and enhancing brand consistency. • The ideal candidate is skilled in motion graphics, animation, and digital design. • If you're proficient in Figma, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we’d love to see your work!
🎯 Requirements
• 3-4 years in a design role, ideally in a fast-moving industry. • Strong skills in Figma, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with experience leveraging AI-powered tools. • Demonstrated ability in social media graphics, motion design, and landing page creation. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and convey design concepts clearly. • Commitment to precision, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. • Ability to shift gears quickly and find creative solutions in a dynamic environment. • Experience using Slack, Canva, and other digital tools for effective teamwork. • A keen eye for design aesthetics with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
