• Play a pivotal role in driving sales and go-to-market (GTM) effectiveness at data.world. • Leverage your deep expertise in Sales Operations and Salesforce to implement and optimize processes that align with our revenue goals. • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that our GTM operations are efficient, scalable, and data-driven.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, preferably within a high-growth SaaS or enterprise software environment targeting Fortune 5000 companies. • Proven experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator, with a strong track record of leading Salesforce improvement efforts. • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to independently identify problems, propose solutions, and execute those solutions. • Fluency in core GTM metrics, including CAC, ROI, conversion ratios, and other efficiency metrics. • Demonstrated experience in refining and deploying sales processes that improve productivity and efficiency. • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to achieve shared goals. • Strong prioritization skills with a focus on high-impact activities. Ability to make data-driven decisions and communicate big-picture opportunities effectively. • Advanced spreadsheet skills and quick adoption of new sales technologies. Comfort and aptitude for learning new tools. • A positive, energetic, and pragmatic approach with a "roll up your sleeves" mentality.
