β’ Take an active role in the entire creative process, from brainstorming to final delivery. β’ Create high-quality visual assets for a variety of creative ad concepts across Meta and TikTok. β’ Collaborate with the team to understand creative briefs, design needs, and deadlines. β’ Ensure pixel-perfect designs with strong attention to detail, typography, and aesthetics. β’ Provide technical assistance and best practices for file management and digital standards. β’ Contribute proactively to ideation and creative solutions to enhance campaign performance.
π― Requirements
β’ Must be an Adobe Suite expert (primarily: Photoshop & Illustrator) β’ Experience working in Figma β’ Must have experience and proven track record working with paid social ads β’ Experience working with FinTech clients is a huge plus β’ Passion for the start-up space with a focus on copywriting and a demonstrable understanding of the market and trends β’ A solution-driven personality, proactive in being able to influence creative decision-making to better drive our KPIs and social metrics β’ Demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn; a self-starting attitude and enthusiasm are a must
