• Paintgun is on a mission to revolutionize how digital ads are produced by creators and teams, launched by technology, and accessed by the world's largest mobile app publishers. • We are looking for a talented graphic designer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling to elevate our creative projects. • Take an active role in the entire creative process, from brainstorming to final delivery. • Create high-quality visual assets for a variety of creative ad concepts across Meta and TikTok. • Collaborate with the team to understand creative briefs, design needs, and deadlines. • Ensure pixel-perfect designs with strong attention to detail, typography, and aesthetics. • Provide technical assistance and best practices for file management and digital standards. • Contribute proactively to ideation and creative solutions to enhance campaign performance.
🎯 Requirements
• Must be an Adobe Suite expert (primarily: Photoshop & Illustrator) • Experience working in Figma • Must have experience and proven track record working with paid social ads • Experience working with FinTech clients is a huge plus • Passion for the start-up space with a focus on copywriting and a demonstrable understanding of the market and trends • A solution-driven personality, proactive in being able to influence creative decision-making to better drive our KPIs and social metrics • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn; a self-starting attitude and enthusiasm are a must
