• Manage and build relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns • Understand client needs and objectives, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver successful projects • Develop project plans, timelines and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget • Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
• Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in an agency setting • Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines • Proficiency in project management tools and software • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, remote work environment • Must be based in Latin America and work aligned with Pacific Time.
