• Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. • Our client, a US-based insurance company, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant specialized in insurance. • Provide administrative support to the Insurance team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. • Assist with insurance documentation, including policy endorsements, certificates of insurance, and claims forms. • Handle correspondence with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders. • Maintain and update client records and databases. • Coordinate and track insurance policy renewals and cancellations. • Assist with insurance claims processing and follow-up. • Prepare insurance-related reports and presentations. • Handle incoming calls and emails, providing information and addressing inquiries. • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant in the insurance industry. • Strong knowledge of insurance terminology and procedures. • Proficiency in using insurance software and databases. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling insurance documentation. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. • Customer service-oriented mindset.
