• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, managing or directing creative content. • Proven experience directing content specifically for Facebook & Instagram ads. • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance metrics for creative campaigns. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse creative teams. • Ability to stay current with industry trends and viral content. • Will need to work a few hours overlapping with AEST business hours
