In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to company executives while also handling bookkeeping responsibilities.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an office administrator or secretary will be a plus.
