Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in creative agency, preferably in email marketing • Strong eye for design and understanding of email marketing best practices • Proven track record in creative operations or project management • Experience with project management tools and CRM systems, Klaviyo is a big plus • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Experienced in building, managing, and developing high-performing teams • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities • Must be able to work US Eastern Time Business Hours.
