• Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that connects remote work with talent. • Oversee and manage the operational pipeline, ensuring timely completion of projects. • Communicate with external stakeholders to implement website changes. • Work closely with media buyers, setting KPIs and scorecards. • Manage operational tasks that require coordination and problem-solving. • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop efficiency processes.
• Proven experience in operations within an agency, with a focus on marketing or Google Ads. • Strong familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Miro/Figma/Lucidchart, Slack, GDrive/Dropbox, Sheets, Zapier, PandaDoc, and GSuite. • Experience working with CRMs like HubSpot or similar platforms. • Ability to manage and communicate with remote teams across different time zones. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. • Preferred location: Bali or anywhere in Asia.
