📋 Description
• Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. • Our client is a technology platform that "pairs" brands to the right creators for social media campaigns. • In this role, You’ll be overseeing an international team working on a global project for a B2C client. • Note: This is a short term role from Feb to May 2025 with 40 hours/week requirement. • Key Responsibilities: Work with HQ to ensure that priorities are being met and messaged to global team. • Manage team efforts to keep deliverables on track and on schedule. • Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring and reporting to HQ on project status. • Attend regular meetings with HQ and client to communicate goal progress and challenges. • Ensure that blockers and challenges are met proactively. • Monitor current team resources and re-allocate as needed. • Ensure the team’s work meets HQ and client standards.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience: At least 2-3 years of project management, preferably with some international experience. • Writing Skills: Ability to write client- and consumer-facing collateral. • Time Management: You are highly organized and have the ability to prioritize what is important, understand that HQ is based in Los Angeles and you may be working across international time zones. • Platform Expertise: You have a thorough understanding and are a user of major search and social platforms (Bing, Facebook, Google, Instagram, Line, Pinterest, Snap, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and others) as well as travel aggregators. • Entrepreneurial Spirit: You can manage a team in a fast-moving environment. • Availability: This is a contract position for 4 months, with the possibility to extend the contract one more month.
