Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent. • We are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative with a strong background in content marketing. • In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and developing content strategies that effectively communicate our client's value proposition to potential customers. • Manage the operations of the entire coaching program. • Create and curate high-quality content that speaks to target audiences. • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between sales goals and content strategies.
Previous experience in sales development & project manager or lead generation, preferably in the tech industry & fast paced environment. • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or a related field. • Proficient in communication tools like Slack, with strong skills in Dropbox and Google Drive. • Ability to overlap at least 4 to 5 hours with the Spanish time zone. • High intelligence, can work on own initiative with high attention to details • Experience in a similar role, with proven results essential • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. • Experience in client management and relationship building. • Strong background in content marketing with a proven ability to create engaging content. • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM software. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
