β€’ Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential landlords β€’ Conduct cold calls and follow-up communications to pre-qualify leads β€’ Utilize effective communication skills to articulate the value proposition of our company β€’ Adapt sales strategies and responses to address objections creatively and confidently β€’ Think outside the box to turn cold leads into warm leads β€’ Independently reach out to potential leads on various rental platforms β€’ Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in sales interactions β€’ Showcase professionalism and influence to build positive rapport with landlords β€’ Proactively identify opportunities and present tailored solutions β€’ Work autonomously to meet or exceed sales targets β€’ Embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and development

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets β€’ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to adapt language and approach as needed β€’ Strong critical thinking abilities, capable of navigating through objections and devising creative solutions on the spot β€’ Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a sales environment, with the ability to think outside the box and deviate from scripted interactions β€’ Previous experience in influencing decision-makers and building positive rapport with clients or stakeholders is highly desirable β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
