β’ Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets β’ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to adapt language and approach as needed β’ Strong critical thinking abilities, capable of navigating through objections and devising creative solutions on the spot β’ Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a sales environment, with the ability to think outside the box and deviate from scripted interactions β’ Previous experience in influencing decision-makers and building positive rapport with clients or stakeholders is highly desirable β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
