Description

• Pair Team is on a mission to improve the wellbeing of underserved communities by connecting them to high-quality care. • We care for the highest-need Medicaid recipients through a community-led model. • As the Ops Support Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our Care Operations team is set up to support our patients. • You will own completing our backend operational support processes, ensuring patient ECM and CHW program authorization and continued enrollment, all while creating a foundation of process efficiency and improvement.

Requirements

• 1+ years of backend operations experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment providing administrative and operational support • Confidence to own your role and propose solutions to be successful • A results driven attitude with a proven track record of exceeding performance indicators • You are reliable and comfortable in an environment that is ever-changing to improve the wellbeing of underserved communities through increased access to high-quality care • Strong technical skills and comfort with utilizing multiple technology platforms simultaneously and comfortable troubleshooting software and hardware issues (as they arise) • Excellent proficiency with technology, like GoogleSuite applications, Slack, and Looker (or other comparable data tools) • Requires a quiet, HIPAA compliant and internet connected space • Dedicated to supporting and improving the care for many underserved populations
