📋 Description
• Manage direct-to-consumer order fulfillment processes and parcel carrier relations. • Supervise, train, and motivate a team of fulfillment specialists to achieve daily fulfillment goals. • Monitor shipping performance and address any issues or delays with carriers. • Negotiate parcel rates and manage relationships with mail carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). • Identify cost-saving opportunities through the review of carrier rates, partnerships and optimizing shipping zones. • Lead order processing implementation with new ERP software. • Optimize fulfillment processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for continuous improvement. • Work cross functionally with customer service, supply chain and warehouse operations teams.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in business, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment • Negotiating experience with mail carriers • Working knowledge of OMS and ERP systems
