• Responsibilities: • Develop and lead creative strategies for e-commerce and DTC campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals, target audience, and market trends. • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create innovative concepts and campaign ideas that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue. • Analyze consumer insights, market data, and performance metrics to inform and adjust creative approaches. • Oversee the creation of multi-channel content (email, social media, ads, landing pages, etc.) that speaks to the brand voice and supports the customer journey. • Work closely with designers, copywriters, and video producers to ensure the creation of compelling visuals and messages that drive conversions. • Optimize creative assets based on performance data and testing insights to continually improve campaign results. • Stay ahead of industry trends, digital innovations, and competitor strategies to keep the brand at the forefront of creative execution. • Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, preferably in an e-commerce or DTC setting. • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, customer journey optimization, and digital marketing. • Expertise in developing data-driven creative strategies that drive engagement and sales. • Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns with measurable success in e-commerce or DTC environments. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms. • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies based on data insights. • Knowledge of consumer psychology, branding, and digital trends. • Self-starter with a passion for creativity and innovation. • Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms. • Knowledge of direct-response marketing strategies and performance marketing. • Basic video editing skills or experience working with multimedia content.
