📋 Description

• Responsible for auditing Medicare cost reports for healthcare providers • Conducts internal and external timely operational, compliance, and financial audits • Identifies, documents, and evaluates business risks • Drafts recommendations to limit risks and improve processes • Writes audit reports for corporate executive management • Collects and analyzes data to detect deficient controls and fraud • Prepares reports of findings and recommendations for management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a job related field • 3 years auditing experience • Microsoft Office proficiency • Knowledge of the principles and practices of auditing • Ability to analyze and determine the applicability of financial data • Strong interpersonal skills • Effective communication skills in oral and written form • Ability to handle sensitive matters on a confidential basis
