📋 Description
• Develop scalable ETL pipelines to process and analyze terabytes of user interaction data. • Define, visualize and monitor key business and product metrics to inform decision-making. • Build, deploy, A/B test and iterate on ML products using appropriate algorithms and infrastructures. • Partner with PMs, designers and engineers to develop scalable AI/ML-driven products. • Successfully completes projects at large scope while maintaining a consistent high level of productivity and standard.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of analytics experience in growth market, campaigns, user behaviors or economics. • 2+ years of hands-on ML experience in supervised and unsupervised learning techniques. • Proficiency in Python and SQL with big data fundamentals on a cloud platform. • Ability to identify and propose growth opportunities actively. • Passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment, making difference and driving meaningful impact. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a fully remote work setting. • Bilingual proficiency (English and Mandarin) is a plus, but not required.
