📋 Description
• We are seeking a Professional Services Engineer to join our team. • As a Senior Professional Services Engineer, you will be responsible for onboarding customers into using the Cortex platform, ensuring a smooth implementation, and helping customers achieve successful adoption. • You will work closely with the Customer Experience teams to help customers realize the value of the product.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in technical professional services working with enterprise-level customers from implementation to post-deployment engagements, including adoption and expansion. • 2+ years of experience working with scripting in JavaScript or Python and the ability to read code while making simple code changes and write basic SQL queries. • 2+ years of experience working with Cloud Architecture • Comfortable in *nix shell • Project management skills with a track record of delivering client-focused solutions on time. • Understanding of software engineering methodologies and technologies such as Git, CI/CD, APIs, Containers, and Kubernetes
