• Drive high-impact training and enablement initiatives for partners • Design and deliver learning experiences for partner go-to-market strategies • Collaborate with channel sales teams to create scalable enablement experiences • Build trusted relationships with partner stakeholders • Gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in enablement, including hands-on experience designing, building, and delivering partner-focused learning programs • Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and planning skills • Excellent communication and content development abilities • Ability to simplify complex concepts into digestible learning formats • Strong project management and organizational skills • Experience with enablement tools and Learning Management Systems • Deep understanding of security and network technologies preferred • Global perspective with an ability to scale programs across regions • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred • Willingness to travel as needed
