Description

• Palta is a multi-product tech platform developing several mobile apps focused on health and well-being with a combined audience of more than 60 million monthly active users. • The rapid portfolio growth was fueled by the recently raised $100 million Series B round led by VNV Global, and the group’s revenue is currently sustainably growing 50% YoY. • Lovi is an all-in-one AI cosmetologist that helps people evaluate their skin conditions, select the appropriate skincare program, and follow it for the best results. • We’ve developed the iOS version of our app; here are some key features: • Personalized skin evaluations through a unique 12D skin analysis. • Customized skincare programs based on cosmetic scanner and ingredient analysis, all scientifically backed. • Daily personalized plan with specific actions to support the skincare journey. • Ongoing guidance through the Lovi AI Assistant and a user-friendly tracker for monitoring progress and developing healthy habits. • The primary goals will be to analyze the web-to-web funnel and pinpoint areas that can be improved. This involves concentrating on acquisition, activation, conversion optimization, retention, average bill, LTV, organic growth, and referral growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in growth in B2C subscription apps, with expertise in Marketing-led growth, CRO and paid marketing. • Proven track record of building engaging storytelling onboardings that are tailored to different user segments. • Proven track record of successfully driving growth through market analysis, user researches, CRO, and revenue-centric strategies. • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making. • Ability to execute under deadlines and accountability for ambitious goals. • Growth/marketing experimental mindset with a desire to learn and iterate at a rapid pace. • Highly data-literate approach with a strong revenue growth intuition based on pattern customer behavior and market trends. • Confident and clear communication skills with the ability to create the right narrative for sharing ideas at every level in the organization. • Fluency in English (B2+). • (Bonus) Passion for skincare and interest in AI technology.
