• Palta is a multi-product tech platform developing mobile apps focused on health and well-being with over 60 million monthly active users. • As the Senior User Acquisition Manager, you will devise and execute strategies to acquire new users from web and app traffic. • Your role will be vital in expanding the customer base and increasing brand visibility. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the company's user acquisition strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. • Proven track record of successfully managing user acquisition campaigns and driving significant growth in web and app platforms. • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making. • Expertise in digital marketing channels such as Google, Bing, Yahoo, ASA etc. • Familiarity with web and app analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, AppsFlyer or similar platforms. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role within user acquisition is preferred. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
