•Who we are: Panaseer is a unique business that is changing the face of enterprise security •As a scale-up at the intersection of data science and big data technology, our Continuous Controls Monitoring platform (CCM) pioneered a new market category in the rapidly growing security sector •CCM enables global organizations to better protect themselves from cyber-attacks by ensuring their cybersecurity defenses are fully deployed and working effectively at all times •Panaseer has grown rapidly over the past decade and won numerous industry awards, most recently being recognized by the World Economic Forum as a 2023 Technology Pioneer helping to solve the world's most pressing issues •The company's continued growth is built on our shared values, which shape how we treat one another and the decisions we make •We want everyone at Panaseer to feel empowered to be authentically themselves, engage their curiosity and work together to create something truly unique •Role and Responsibilities: Technical writing: You will produce clear, well-organized, and concise documentation that effectively explains cybersecurity features and presents complex technical concepts in an engaging and accessible manner •Rapid familiarisation and query resolution: You will quickly get up to speed on our technology and processes, actively seeking information from experts and resources •Frequent and proactive collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with project goals •Timely delivery: You will manage multiple documentation projects, ensuring all materials are delivered on time and meet quality standards •Effective self-management: You will independently prioritize and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while providing regular status updates and maintaining an up-to-date roadmap

Requirements

•A motivated and talented technical writer with expertise in creating high quality software documentation •Excellent written communication: You create exemplary documentation that is written with careful consideration of customer needs, and you can demonstrate this through previous work •Passion for learning and technology: You’re curious and fast learner that enjoys getting to grips with new technology •Proactive collaborator: You reach out to colleagues when you’re uncertain and aren’t afraid of asking questions •Driven self-starter: You can work with minimal supervision and have the initiative to resolve blocks •Cultural alignment: Panaseer prides itself on our supportive culture. We need someone who is open, encouraging, and motivated by the same goals •Interest or experience in Cybersecurity: You recognise the importance of cybersecurity and want to increase your experience of the technology •Proven experience: 3+ years of experience as a technical writer, preferably within the cybersecurity, technology, or SaaS industries •Strong written English and attention to detail: Ability to write clear, structured, and detailed English documentation tailored to a technical audience •Technical aptitude: Comfortable working with complex technical concepts related to cybersecurity and data analytics. Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and familiarity with frameworks like NIST, CIS, and others is a plus •Collaborative: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams •Relevant tool experience: Proficiency with documentation tools like Confluence, Jira, GitHub, Markdown, or other content management systems •Adaptable: Ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to evolving project requirements
