Description

• PandaDoc is seeking a Leader for our Monetization area within the Growth department. • In this high-impact role, you will define and execute the roadmap for PandaDoc’s monetization strategy. • Your efforts will focus on optimizing key areas such as pricing and packaging, checkout, upgrade and downgrade flows, and other critical monetization touchpoints. • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of pricing strategies and PLG monetization flows, along with strong analytical skills and strategic thinking. • You will be responsible for leading PMs and creating, aligning, and championing a product strategy grounded in a deep understanding of our users and sales motions, thoroughly supported by data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, 2+ years in monetization • Experience leading multiple Product teams • Experience growing the revenue of a sizable product-line or business • Strong analytical decision making skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clarity from ambiguity and distill complex issues into easy to understand narratives • Demonstrated excellence in using principled decision making to manage diverse stakeholders, including peers and executive leadership
