Description

• PandaDoc is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our AI initiatives and elevate our platform’s capabilities with cutting-edge AI solutions. • In this impactful role, you will define and execute the strategy for AI-driven features that simplify workflows, enhance customer experiences, and deliver measurable business value. • Collaborating across teams, you will drive the development of AI products that help thousands of businesses streamline document processes. • This role requires a strong strategic mindset, a customer-first approach, and technical expertise to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on product management, including 2+ years working on AI/ML-driven or data-centric products in a SaaS environment. • Proven track record of launching and managing AI/ML-driven features and/or automation solutions. • Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, including natural language processing (NLP), predictive analytics, and related technologies. • Passion for building products that solve real customer problems with a focus on usability and adoption. • Experience collaborating with engineering, UX/UI, and data science teams to drive product initiatives from ideation to launch. • Ability to use data-driven insights to inform decisions and prioritize opportunities effectively. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences.
