Description

• Manage Accounts Payable (invoice receipt and payments), Accounts Receivable (invoice creation and cash receipts) and other cash and stock transactions performed. • Manage core finance processes to ensure effective operation and data integrity • Preparing audit information as required • Drive improvement to processes and systems to ensure they are efficient and fit for purpose and to improve controls; • Assist the Head of Finance and Finance Manager on ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent) • Oracle NetSuite experience • Bookkeeping experience • Strong communications skills with the ability to build relationships across the business • Previous experience in a transactional finance role (Accounts Payable/Receivable/Cash Management) advantageous • Experience in a retail or e-commerce business would be an advantage. • Use of Financial IT systems to ensure accurately processed transactional data • Experience of small-scale process improvement and implementation • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage and prioritise issues
