Description
• Oversee the company’s accounting functions and operations • Accountable for periodic financial reports, maintenance of accounting records, global audits, compliance, tax filing, and internal controls • Manage a global team of accounting managers and senior/staff level accountants
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance CPA required • 8-10 years of accounting and finance experience • Minimum 3-4 years of "Big 4" public accounting experience and 2 years of SaaS experience • SEC reporting experience preferred • Experience managing global team and ability to manage teams to strict deadlines
