• Location: Remote (Philippines) • Team: Engineering • About Panoptyc: We're revolutionizing retail loss prevention with cutting-edge AI. • About the Role: Seeking hands-on Engineering Manager to lead development team in the Philippines. • Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineers. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies. Drive continuous improvement in code quality and practices. Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions. Manage full software development lifecycle. Solve complex technical challenges with the team. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize features. Optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments. 🎯 Requirements
