• Oversee daily operations within the Loss Prevention Team, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance workflow efficiency and team productivity. • Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to improve performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with business objectives. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices. • Address operational challenges and proactively identify solutions to improve service delivery.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field. • 2+ years of Operations Management experience. • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in loss prevention, security, or retail industries. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset. • Proficiency in operations management software, project management tools, and Google Suite. • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment. • Availability to work during US (EST) business hours.
