Description

• Design, test, and implement software applications in Papara, • Multiple programming language expertise is a plus, • Analyze requirements and design solutions accordingly, • Code according to design patterns, unit-testing, reviewing, and refactoring code, • Support on production deployment & post-production issues, • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions when needed.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering or a related area • 12+ years of work experience in software development • 5+ years of management experience is a plus • Experience managing remote teams across different countries and cities is a plus • Able to design and develop enterprise-level software architectures • Language-agnostic (language-independent) decision-maker • Excellent knowledge of business and ability to master quickly • Experience in high-traffic, mobile-driven application development • Deep understanding of Web Development Technologies (ASP.NET MVC, WEB API), Microsoft Development Technologies, .NET Framework, .NET Core, C# • Experienced in OOP, SOLID Principles, and Design Patterns • Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and consumption • Good understanding of relational databases, such as MS SQL Server • Good understanding of IoC concepts and both DI principles and DI patterns • Experience in Object-relational mapping techniques and ORM frameworks/tools (knowledge of concepts like dealing with concurrency, collections, lazy and explicit loading, validations or caching, etc.) • Fundamental understanding of database tuning and performance monitoring • Good understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery • Experience in key-value stores like Redis • Experience on Microservice Architectures • Experience on Event Sourcing Pattern • Cloud computing plus • Leading the team through management and mentorship • Ensuring that design requirements are met, overseeing the consistency of user experiences, and managing a team of engineers and developers • Developing standards and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met and consistent • Developing the team to ensure quality end products • Fluency in English
