Requirements

β€’ 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in education, β€’ Working knowledge of K-12 education industry, β€’ Laptop and phone for work purposes, β€’ Proficient in using Twitter and staying current on social media platforms, β€’ Strong communication skills and energized by engaging with customers, β€’ High energy and excited to build excitement with customers, β€’ Self-starter who loves a challenge and a strong team player.
