📋 Description
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly tools. • Work cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, QA, and customer success. • Produce, research, and write high-quality documentation, online help, user guides, and how-to videos. • Create tutorials to help end users use a variety of features. • Adhere to the information architecture while innovating within style principles. • Create user assistance roadmaps for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. • Analyze content for reuse and single-sourcing opportunities. • Manage scheduling of incoming requests and deadlines for assets. • Gather feedback for continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Technical Writing, or English. • Minimum of 3 years of technical writing experience with both SaaS and on-prem products. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts. • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. • Experience collaborating with engineers, product managers, customer success, and QA. • Experience using content authoring systems, video creation, and graphic design. • Experience with Agile software development.
