Description
• Assist in the preparation of engineering drawings, plans and specifications • Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and models • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop design concepts • Analyze survey data and aerial imagery to assess site conditions • Assist in the preparation of technical reports and design memoranda • Review and interpret engineering plans and specifications • Maintain organized project files and documentation • Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants and regulatory agencies • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders • Participate in project meetings and site visits
Requirements
• Associate degree or diploma in civil engineering technology or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred • At least 5 years of experience in the civil engineering field, preferably in the land development sector • Proficient in using AutoCAD and Civil 3D • Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principals, practices, and standards • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
