Description
• This is a 6 months internship as an Ops Manager carried out remotely. • Responsible for managing our mentoring programme and coordinating coaching sessions. • Deliver PXS alumni community designed to connect & empower graduates of coaching program. • Participate in additional projects to aide the Director and team members.
Requirements
• Proven appetencies in project and or ops management, preferably within a startup environment. • Strong interpersonal qualities: enjoy human interaction and establish high-quality connections. • Tech savvy & master of digital tools: eager to automate wherever opportunities arise. • Organized, responsive, and rigorous: manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, excel in execution. • Creative and resourceful: find new solutions to enhance quality and impact of coaching products. • Client-centric focus: understand client needs to ensure coaching solutions remain relevant.
