Description
• Reporting directly to the PXS School Operation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge coaching solutions tailored to clients' needs. • Responsible for managing our mentoring programme and coordinating the delivery of guided coaching sessions. • Deliver our new product PXS Alumni, designed to connect and empower graduates of our coaching program. • Participate in additional projects to assist the Director and other team members in launching or driving forward initiatives. • Recruit mentors and facilitators, organize training sessions, and support them continuously. • Oversee planning and execution of all PXS alumni events ensuring smooth operations and high-quality delivery.
Requirements
• Proven appetencies in project and/or ops management, preferably within a startup environment • Strong interpersonal qualities. Enjoy human interaction, adapt to different individuals, and establish high-quality connections. • Tech savvy & master of digital tools. Eager to automate wherever opportunities arise. • Organized, responsive, and rigorous. Manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, excel in execution, focus on results, and pay attention to details. • Creative and resourceful. Find new solutions to enhance the quality and impact of coaching products. • Client-centric focus. Understand client needs and feedback, ensuring coaching solutions remain relevant and impactful. • French: Native or bilingual • English: Fluent
