• Manage mentoring programs and coordinate coaching sessions • Oversee PXS Alumni community events • Develop resources to support programs and improve processes • Facilitate networking events and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements
• Proven experience in project and ops management, preferably within a startup environment • Strong interpersonal skills • Tech savvy and eager to automate • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Creative and resourceful • Client-centered approach • French: Native or bilingual • English: Fluent
