• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of machine learning engineers and researchers • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team, encouraging exploration of new ideas and techniques • Define the technical roadmap for the team, aligning with broader company objectives and product vision • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure successful execution • Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, research) to drive product development and deployment • Attract top talent and build a high-performing team capable of tackling complex ML challenges • Keep abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, particularly in 3D reconstruction and generative AI, to inform the team's direction

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry ML experience and 2+ years of management experience • Deep understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and frameworks • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely • Ability to translate business objectives into actionable technical goals and roadmaps • A knack for identifying and resolving complex technical challenges
