📋 Description
• Paralucent is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst with 5+ years in software testing. • Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure quality. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements. • Conduct manual and automated testing including functional and user acceptance testing. • Identify, document, and track defects. • Perform exploratory testing for usability issues. • Monitor and report on testing activities, providing updates to stakeholders. • Review product specifications for testability. • Contribute to test automation scripts and frameworks. • Collaborate with development team to maintain testing environments. • Ensure testing processes align with best practices. • Mentor junior QA analysts and share best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, with a focus on software testing. • A minimum of 3 years' experience with testing ServiceNow and ATF • Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools and techniques. • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices. • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail). • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC). • Experience with test automation using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team. • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum development methodologies is a plus. • Relevant QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are beneficial. • ServiceNow experience is required, including custom application development, configuring workflows, and integrating with other systems.
