Description

• Paralucent is seeking an experienced QA Analyst to ensure software quality and functionality. • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements. • Conduct manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing. • Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring thorough testing and resolution. • Perform exploratory testing to identify user experience issues. • Monitor and report on testing progress, providing status updates to stakeholders. • Participate in reviewing product specifications to ensure testability and coverage. • Contribute to developing test automation scripts and frameworks. • Collaborate with the development team to maintain testing environments. • Ensure testing methodologies align with industry best practices. • Mentor junior QA analysts and share best practices within the team.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, with a focus on software testing. • A minimum of 3 years' experience with testing ServiceNow • Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools and techniques. • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices. • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail). • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC). • Experience with test automation using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team. • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum development methodologies is a plus. • Relevant QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are beneficial. • ServiceNow experience is required, including custom application development, configuring workflows, and integrating with other systems.
