Requirements

•Minimum 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow. •Minimum 7+ years of experience in project or people management functions. •Expert knowledge of enterprise grade Service Management platforms and their application to complex hybrid cloud and on premise solutions. •Good understanding of IT Security standards, policies, procedures. •Prior experience in professional services environment or similar. •Demonstrated ability in solution or enterprise architecture. •ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow CIS is an asset. •CISA certification is desirable but not necessary. •Certified Scrum Master is an asset.
