• Gather and analyze customer, marketing, and web behavioral data. • Lead testing and optimization across various channels (direct and indirect). • Analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for improving key marketing KPIs. • Develop and present insights and recommendations derived from analyses. • Formulate digital campaign and web measurement strategies. • Craft dashboards, data visualizations, and reports on campaign and website performance. • Monitor and analyze marketing trends. • Communicate and present findings to colleagues and senior managers.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with behavioral data, or customer analysis. • Utilize analytical tools, preferably Mixpanel, Fullstory, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. • Demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. • Execute A/B testing to optimize performance. • Make informed, data-driven decisions. • Foster excellent collaboration among team members. • Deliver strong communication and presentation skills. • Flexible to work with departments in different time-zones. • Fluent in Spanish & English.
