📋 Description
• Guide and inspire a team of engineers • Ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency of infrastructure • Work with development teams to embed DevOps best practices • Drive a culture of reliability through resilient system design • Mentor DevOps engineers and foster a collaborative culture • Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery • Ensure availability and performance of infrastructure • Conduct incident management practices • Enforce best practices in Infrastructure as Code
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience • 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting cloud-based infrastructure • Proven experience leading DevOps teams • Strong software development background • Experience with public and private cloud platforms • Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools • Experience with microservices architectures • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools • Experience with monitoring and observability tools • Strong networking knowledge • Expertise in incident management and troubleshooting • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to work in a distributed environment
