📋 Description
• Services Delivery Project Manager / Project Lead for consulting delivery for Oracle HCM Cloud suite large enterprise projects • Manages Project Plan, Project Budget, Project Resources and project issue escalations • Conducts business process analysis, documents decisions and configures requirements • Creates recommendations and solutions for configuration and design and shares Oracle HCM Cloud best practices • Delivers project management, manages project scope, timeline and budgets and works through issue resolutions • Leads testing, writes test scripts, stages testing data and testing issue solutions • Manages multiple projects • Provide support for sales opportunities with focus on Oracle HCM Cloud • Provide support for Oracle HCM Cloud product demo for services sales team • Provide support with Oracle HCM Cloud on sales calls and meetings • Provide support with development of sales services package offerings • PMO support Provides support for services offerings for Oracle HCM Cloud Consulting Services • Creating/enhance consulting service delivery tools • Documents/enhance consulting services methodologies
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in managing HCM projects required • 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM project management required with proven project delivery through full project lifecycle for Oracle HCM Suite Projects • Implementation experience of at least 1 Oracle HCM module • 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management, Time & Labor (OTL), and/or Payroll will be a plus • 5+ years of cloud technology implementation and project management and/or Functional Lead experience required • 2+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud product demo support a must • 2+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud sales scoping support a plus • Experience in eBS or PeopleSoft a plus
