Description

โ€ข We are looking for a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis (approximately 5 hours per week). โ€ข The ideal candidate will be based in Serbia and will work remotely, providing essential support in HR and financial administrative tasks. โ€ข Responsibilities include drafting employment agreements, managing timesheets, verifying invoices, providing employee relations support, assisting with onboarding guides and handling critical tasks during European hours.

Requirements

โ€ข Previous experience in HR administration or related fields ๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ โ€ข Basic understanding of financial processes and banking operations ๐Ÿ’ฐ โ€ข Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ๐ŸŒŸ โ€ข Ability to work independently and meet deadlines ๐Ÿ•’ โ€ข Must be based in Serbia and able to work remotely ๐Ÿก โ€ข Availability during European working hours for time-sensitive tasks ๐Ÿ•˜
