Description
• Conduct qualification visits, site initiation visits, monitoring visits, and termination visits • Oversee the integrity of the study and utilize problem-solving skills • Review the performance of the trial at designated sites • Develop patient recruitment strategies to meet enrollment timelines • Monitor completeness and quality of regulatory documentation
Requirements
• 18+ months Clinical Research Associate (CRA) monitoring experience • Bachelors or equivalent degree in biological science, pharmacy or other health related discipline • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a self-driven capacity with a sense of urgency • Flexible attitude with respect to assignments and new learning • Ability to manage multiple tasks and evaluate unpredictable scenarios • Honest and ethical work approach • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of CTMS and EDMS
