Description
• Improve world's health through clinical trials and regulatory consulting • Build and maintain site relationships • Conduct qualification and monitoring visits • Safeguard rights and well-being of human subjects • Manage site quality and delivery
Requirements
• 18+ months CRA monitoring experience in clinical research • Bachelors or equivalent degree in biological science, pharmacy, or other health-related discipline • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to work with minimal oversight • Client focused approach with flexibility in assignments • Ability to manage multiple tasks and evaluate unpredictable scenarios • Honest and ethical approach to work • Oncology/ophthalmology experience preferred • Strong computer skills including CTMS, EDMS, and MS-Office
