Description

• Oversee the entire continuum of software quality assurance processes and team • Develop and mentor a growing software quality team to deliver best in-class results • Oversee software quality process, leading continuous process improvement • Conduct thorough reviews of AI model outputs and ensure alignment with expected results • Develop and oversee the execution of test plans, test cases, and test scenarios • Implement automated testing frameworks when suitable • Generate and report quality metrics, test results, and status reports to stakeholders • Communicate effectively with product, development, and executive teams on quality related matters

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in software quality assurance role • At least 2 years in a leadership and management role • 2 years of experience in AI/ML is required • Proven experience managing software quality projects for AI integrated software solutions • Experience building software and AI QA teams from the ground up • Solid knowledge of software quality operating procedures and SOP development • Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GitHub • Excellent verbal & written communication skills as well as presentation skills
