Description
• Develop and manage complex RFI/RFQ/RFP processes • Provide in-depth procurement expertise and strategic analysis • Lead supplier management initiatives • Offer professional advice and support to meet business requirements • Mentor less experienced team members and potentially assume team leadership role • Maintain close working relationships with internal customers • Monitor and verify purchasing processes, pricing, and approvals • Conduct detailed analysis for customer requirements and budget planning • Develop local/regional supplier relationships • Negotiate terms and conditions for optimal pricing • Leverage internal resources to meet complex customer needs • Provide regular reports and metrics on procurement activities • Assist in team leadership and development
Requirements
• 4-8 years of purchasing experience (Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Negotiation) • Advanced knowledge of procurement principles and processes • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Supporting mid to executive level stakeholders • Exposure to global operations and/or professional services • Handling senior executive external client relationships • Excellent negotiation and communication skills • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities • Strong organizational and project management skills • Continuous improvement mindset
