📋 Description
• Develop high-quality, tailored proposals in various formats (Word, and PowerPoint, online tools) • Collaborate with Integrated Solution Strategists and sales teams to conduct client/indication/therapeutic area research • Participate in strategy meetings to identify client requirements and recommend proposal strategies • Manage proposal timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines • Craft compelling and differentiating content that accurately reflects strategy discussions • Maintain proposal information in relevant databases and libraries • Support the development of case studies and related materials • Participate in Lessons Learned meetings and provide training/mentoring as needed
🎯 Requirements
• University Degree in Life Science, Communication, Design, Business or equivalent • 5+ years of proposal management experience, preferably in a CRO or similar environment • Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English • Proficiency in relevant software (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, design tools, databases) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work confidently with staff at all levels • Experience with multinational and multicultural companies is a plus
