• Lead a team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support • Define and implement best practices for infrastructure automation, continuous delivery and cloud operations • Provide strategic direction and contribute to the overall technology roadmap • Drive the adoption of DevOps culture, practices, and tools across the organisation • Collaborate with software development teams to streamline the build, deployment, and release processes • Establish and maintain robust monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure system reliability and availability • Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and productivity • Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritise projects, and communicate progress
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others • Strong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes • Experience with multiple cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean, OVH, Scaleway, etc. • Experience leveraging Infrastructure as Code (eg. Terraform, Ansible) and GitOps (eg. ArgoCD, FluxCD) tooling. • Expertise in Linux-based systems • Proven experience managing infrastructure teams, overseeing large scalable, resilient and observable systems • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
