📋 Description
• Own content creation, execution, and engagement on Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels for both Parsley Health and Dr. Robin Berzin. • Create high-quality, science-backed, conversion-driven content (graphics, copy, Reels, TikToks) with minimal reliance on external designers or copywriters. • Translate complex health topics into engaging, digestible social content that reflects the premium, science-first nature of our brand. • Develop and execute an experimentation roadmap designed for breakout growth—test new formats, partnerships, and platform features regularly. • Build smart, strategic relationships with influencers, partners, and creators to amplify reach and drive new member acquisition. • Engage daily with our audience—foster conversation, answer DMs/comments, and build community that drives toward conversion. • Report regularly on performance metrics, surface insights, and use data to refine strategy and content direction.
🎯 Requirements
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts, ideally in health, wellness, CPG, or a science-first brand. • Strong visual eye—comfortable creating graphics, Reels, TikToks, and editing video directly in-platform (InShot, CapCut, Canva, etc.). • Ability to write crisp, engaging copy tailored to each channel and audience. • Obsessed with staying ahead of social trends, audio, hooks, and viral formats. • Bonus: Experience managing founder/CEO accounts or personal brands. • Highly self-directed—this role requires creative leadership, ownership, and speed.
